This package is for the Couple that wants to plan their own wedding but needs some assistance getting started.  This package includes:

-Budget Development

-Theme Development

-Vendor Suggestions (based on budget)

-Venue Suggestions (based on budget)

-Wedding Schedule

-Invitation Details

-Decorating Tips

-Wedding Etiquette

-Any other areas that you may require direction on

PRICING: $150 for the first hour and $50/per hour there after (Payment due at Consultation)

**When Upgrading to Full Co-ordination, Cost will be applied to Savour the Moments Package**

CRAZY IN LOVE –Month/Day of Co-ordination

This package is for the Couple that has been planning their perfect wedding but wants a stress free day to relax and to celebrate with all their friends and family.  This package includes:

-Meetings starting Month Prior to Wedding

– Reviewing Vendor Contracts

-Confirmation of Vendors 1 week prior to Wedding

-Take care of last minute details

-Wedding Day Itinerary

– Ceremony & Reception Set-Up

-Supervise Rehearsal

-Assist Bride & Bridesmaids of last minute touch ups

-On-Site Managing of Ceremony & Reception

-Transporting items from Ceremony Site to Reception Site

-Corresponding with any Vendors Day of Wedding

**Wedding Day Co-ordination includes up to 12 Consecutive Hours Day of Wedding**

PRICING: $650 (Initial payment of $325 at Contract Signing, Balance due at Wedding Rehearsal)

SAVOUR THE MOMENTS – Full Planning

This package is for the Couple that wants to leave all the details and stress of planning a wedding to Trendz Event Planning Inc.  This package includes:

-Once a Month Meetings to review the planning process

-Frequent emails & phone call correspondence

-Budget Development

-Theme Development & Details

-Vendor Recommendations (based on budget)

-Venue Recommendations (based on budget)

-Wedding Schedule & Wedding Day Itinerary

-Invitation Details & Etiquette

-Decor Design

-Wedding Etiquette

-Reviewing Vendor Contracts

-Confirmation of Vendors 6 weeks prior to wedding & 1 week prior to Wedding

-Guest Accommodations

-Take care of last minute details

– Ceremony & Reception Set-Up

-Supervise Rehearsal

-Assist Bride & Bridesmaids of last minute touch ups

-On-Site Managing of Ceremony & Reception

-Transporting items from Ceremony Site to Reception Site

-Corresponding with any Vendors Day of Wedding

**Full Planning Package Includes up to 12 Consecutive Hours Day of Wedding**

PRICING: 10% of Wedding Budget with a Minimum fee of $1200 and Maximum fee of $5000 (Initial Payment of $150 to be paid at Contract Signing and Payments to be made monthly thereafter)

-Galas

-Fundraisers

PRICING: 10% of Budget with a minimum payment based on type of Event

**Initial payment due at contract signing, balance due two days prior to event**
